Mr. Sunder Raju, a visionary leader with extensive experience across Hospitality, Real Estate, Power, and Information Technology, is the driving force behind the Atria Group's diverse ventures. Renowned for his ability to bridge technological and operational challenges, he has consistently built high-performing, value-driven teams that contribute meaningfully to society. His contributions have been recognised with the Eminent Engineer Award from the Institution of Engineers in 2013, and he was nominated to the Prime Minister’s Sectoral Innovation Council to help chart a roadmap for innovation and inclusive development in the social sector. Mr. Raju also serves as the Honorary Secretary of the Karnataka State Lawn Tennis Association, reflecting his multifaceted commitment to community development.

With over four decades of diverse industry experience, Mr. Nagaraju oversees the operations of Radisson Blu Atria Hotel, Atria Power, and Atria Education, and has led the successful development of Atria Power’s projects across India. As Vice President of the South India Hotels and Restaurants Association (SIHRA) and a member of the Executive Committee of the Federation of Hotel and Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI), he has been a key advocate for the growth and advancement of the Indian hospitality sector. Drawing from his extensive background in hospitality, construction, power generation, and education, Mr. Nagaraju strongly believes in the urgent need to revamp the current education system to better equip future generations with practical, industry-ready skills.

He brings a dynamic and entrepreneurial vision to education and business. He is the founder of Lore, an innovative platform leading the locavore movement, which includes Farmlore, a globally recognized fine dining molecular gastronomy restaurant, and Hydrolore, a sustainable hydroponics venture offering space-efficient farming solutions. His entrepreneurial achievements also extend to the mobility sector with Intellicar Telematics, an IoT-based fleet tracking and predictive maintenance start-up acquired by TVS Motor in 2020.
