AIT Conducts 3-Day Camp for Unnat Bharat Abhiyan

Atria Institute of Technology conducted a three-day camp as part of Unnat Bharat Abhiyan at Sonaganahalli, Gedare, Anudi and Mudigere, the college’s adopted villages. A 56-member team comprising 50 students from Computer Science Engineering department, were taken to the adopted villages and took part in several activities.

Atria Signs MoU with MetaCog

Atria Institute of Technology has joined hands with MetaCog in a quest to improve executive education in the field of Supply Chain Management and Logistics. The MoU was designed to exchange knowledge and talent pool for better education practices and job opportunities. MetaCog offers programmes with assessment and certification partners including the Automotive Skill Development Council (ASDC) and the Indian Institute of Materials Management, Chennai.
Both the institutions together will be offering executive education in the field of SCM and Logistics. The designed course will spread across Customer Quality, Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management. The focus of the course will be end-to-end supply chain and operations management including critical techniques to analyse supply chain, practical approach to manage supply chain issues, use of enterprise applications to solve SCM problems.

Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Research Methodology and LaTeX"

FDP is aimed at guiding researchers in engineering and science, helping them understand the power of research and how to pursue it. It also gives an insight into different ways of researching and achieving excellence. It shows the usefulness of LaTex and its applications in the field of research publications (papers, seminars, thesis, and presentations). Majority of the publications, conference, journal papers, and thesis reports in the world today are expected to be in LaTeX format. This high quality output is good for books and documents containing mathematical equations. This FDP is led by experienced academicians & research institutions personnel.

Sapthrang 2019

Sapthrang is an Inter college mega cultural fest of Atria Institute of Technology with more than 300 participants from various colleges of Bangalore for the 21 categories of theatre, literary, music, dance and fine arts. Competitions were given awards in those categories of events. Out of maximum were taken by the CS&E Students in 1st and 2nd places.

The talk was to familiarize the pre final year students to the various processes involved in the design of integrated circuits. Wild Warrior in Atria

Wild Warrior, an obstacle racing brand, bring India their first season of Obstacle Course Runs in 8 cities over 8 months this year! Their first pre-event, took place on the 4th of August at the Atria Institute of Technology. The SUPERTAG event brought together mixed gender teams of 3 from all corners of Bangalore to compete in the first ever Obstacle Course relay ever held in India. Every participant experienced exciting obstacles like a 6 foot wall jump, a barb wire crawl, challenging monkey bars, an inverted wall and much more. People from all ages participated and were ecstatic about trying something new. Neeraj, a student of Atria Institute of Technology said, “This was my first time, I didn’t really know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised by how much I was able to do and how much fun this challenge can be! This will definitely not be my last obstacle course race.”Charu Sharma, Director of the Pro Kabaddi League, who was also present at the event said, “This was a wonderful event, I think these guys are on to something that’s going to be really big one day. We are all very lucky to be here witnessing it at this stage, I’m sure sometime in the future, we’ll all be saying, I wish we could get tickets to this event!”. The group is overwhelmed by the response to this event and eagerly look forward to its next big event on the 26th of August.
